By placing an order with Ammunition Junction you agree that the following statements are true—with no exceptions:

• I am not currently less than twenty-one (21) years old.
• I am currently not subject to a domestic violence restraining order of any kind.
• I have not been adjudicated as mentally defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
• I am not an illegal or unlawful alien, nor am I a nonimmigrant alien.
• I am not an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance.
• By selling or delivering ammunition and/or firearm accessories to me, Ammunition Junction is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
• I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
• I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
• I am not a fugitive from justice.
• I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
• I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.

Return Policy

Ammunition Junction is only a retailer of products developed and manufactured by other companies or persons, and therefore we are not able to control the quality of the products you receive. All items are inspected before leaving our facility. In the event there are defects in the materials or workmanship you must contact the manufacturer for a remedy. For safety reasons returns on ammo cannot be accepted once it leaves our facility and all sales are final. For all other issues contact us directly within ten days of receipt and we will make every effort to remedy the situation by refund or replacement – after ten days all sales are final.
